Schedule
This year, Mewalo moves up a few weeks into early July. Though an unprecedented season, Mewalo is proud to have been a leader in social distancing since 1998. Now in 2020, the men of Mewalo will converge from around the country for a multi-day trip of epic proportion down the Salmon River. Featuring sweeping landscapes, mine shanties, a hot springs and class 4 rapids, this year’s theme is aptly titled: River of No Return. Prewalo begins in Boise on July 6th in Boise, so come early if you can make it! Wednesday the fun begins with a put-in point at Vinegar Creek and take out on Saturday evening at Pine Bar Campground.
